Butcher Dates
We encourage you to order in advance as it helps us plan production and ensures you get exactly what you want. Advance orders are always given priority but we try to have extra product available throughout the year.
Chickens
We raise and process six flocks of chickens each year which means we have pretty much continuous production available.
Please call us or e-mail us for the next butcher date when we'll have fresh, unfrozen chickens available.
In between butcher periods, we always carry a great selection of frozen chicken products, vacuum packed to maintain premium freshness.
Turkeys & Turduckens

Beef, Pork & Lamb
Available year round and processed on a weekly basis.
We carry a standard selection of a wide variety of cuts restocked weekly. Custom cuts are available by advance order.
Note: We raise one flock of ducks each summer and whole ducks will be available in fall for purchase.
Ducks and Rabbits
Ducks and rabbits are processed seasonally or as demand warrants. We process one flock of ducks in summer. Rabbits are processed about six times per year.
