We encourage you to order in advance as it helps us plan production and ensures you get exactly what you want. Advance orders are always given priority but we try to have extra product available throughout the year.

CHICKENS
We raise and process six flocks of chickens each year which means we have pretty much continuous production available. Please call us or e-mail us for the next butcher date when we'll have fresh, unfrozen chickens available. In between butcher periods, we always carry a great selection of frozen chicken products, vacuum packed to maintain premium freshness.
BEEF, PORK & LAMB
Available year round and processed on a weekly basis.
