
Holiday Turducken Preparation Tips
Instructions
To prepare from thawed or frozen:
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Simply unwrap your turducken and place in large roasting pan.
- Cover with a lid or foil.
- Roast at 350 for approximately 5 ½ to 6 ½ hours or until done. Uncover for last 30 minutes to brown it nicely.

- You'll know it's done when the juices run clear when pierced with a fork. We highly recommend using a meat thermometer to check doneness.
- Poultry is well done when the internal temperature in the middle of the bird reaches 180 F.
- Remove from oven, let stand covered for 20 minutes prior to carving.
- You can make gravy from the drippings too. Carve and serve.
